Spa Very BAD especially TOLI, you will not be a guest anymore after checked out even only 10 mins after retrun the key ,I have been treated badly by her when I go for spa while waiting for dep.time. unacceptable!! also said it will create her problem for billing instruction bcoz nothing in system. This is not call a service especiallly in service or hospitality industry. she never say sorry and feel of that said she do nothing wrong but I did.

Hotel is clean and hotel staff is helpful. Hotel not far from Taj Mahal.

房间设施普通,隔音很差,走廊里、楼上、马路上的噪音此起彼伏。2间住3个人,在携程上订了2个相同的无早房间,输了2个人的名字,结果入住时要求补第3个人的房费1500卢比。
进入後,发现房间枕头上有别人留下的头发。由於半夜入住,没有精力让他们换枕套、床单了。
这个地方的空气质量很差,IQA通常在200以上。准备好N 95口罩。

The hotel was excellent — everything was very clean and well maintained. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which made our stay even more relaxing.

タージ?マハル観光で利用しました。ホテルからタージ?マハルまでは车で5-10分です。8时过ぎから混んでくるので、6时顷に向かって2时间见学して、8时过ぎにホテルに戻って朝食にしました。食事も美味しかったです。

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites.
The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had.
Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had.
The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start.
There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke.
Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location for visiting the Taj Mahal. The superior room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the Taj Mahal. Breakfast was good, though perhaps a bit limited for Western guests. However, we did encounter some issues:
1. Upon entering the room, we found blood stains on the bathroom wall near the toilet, and the toilet itself was dirty—something absolutely disgusting and, above all, unhygienic (I’ll refrain from posting the photos). Only after raising the issue, they proceed to thoroughly clean the bathroom (which should be a given);
2. The air conditioning was noisy. Again, it was only fixed after we reported it;
3. Overall, the room should be cleaned more thoroughly.
These issues are unacceptable for a hotel belonging to an international chain like Radisson.

Driver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.

A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued.
The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing.
I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family!
